In order to make Shenzhen real estate association to be an outstanding self-disciplining trade organization, make contributions for keeping Shenzhen real estates trade developing in a healthy way in accordance with the law, we establish this member rules:

Article 1 Member must observe the laws and regulations and relevant real estate policy and regulation of the People's Republic of China

Article 2 member should engaged in the real estate exploring and managing in accordance with the law, member engaged in intermediary services should engaged in consultation, manager, assessment, agent and other intermediary services according to voluntary, fair, honesty, credit, equality and mutual benefit principles.

Article 3 Member should observe this association rules, carry out association's resolution.

Article 4 Member should accept the guidance, supervision and management of the responsible department of the government consciously.

Article 5 Member should observe the self-disciplining convention of the trade, observe the social ethics, improve the professional ethics level, standardize the operation program, adopt a correct attitude towards and deal with the appeal in line with " correct mistakes if you have any and guard against them if you have not "

Article 6 Member should care about and support the association’s work, report situations in time, offer the information, materials and constructive suggestions.

Article 7 Member should actively participate in the association activity, finish every task the association assigns.

Article 8 Member must participate in all kinds of professional training run by the association to, improve the whole management level of the trade and professional quality of the team

Article 9 Member should safeguard association's image consciously, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the association, can't launch managing and activity in the name of association without authority and approval.

Article 10 Member should pay the membership fee according to association's regulation

Article 11 Member should strengthen communication between the members, learn to help each other and develop together

Article 12 Member joins voluntarily, it will be free to retreat, but must fulfill the formality according to the rules.
